Additionally contained in this recent image disclosure seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section detailing different parts of the estate.
Alongside this are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
